Stay & Plan: How does it work?

Phase 1: Booking
Once the customer has confirmed their booking at your campsite, the app becomes available. Then, they will receive a username and password. When the customer downloads the app, they will be able to check all the information about their booking and about your campsite.
You will also be able to send your future guest customized messages based on their booking conditions. For instance, you can check whether they want to pay for a parking spot or hire a baby cot.

Phase 2: Stay
While the customer is staying at your campsite, send them push notifications informing about all scheduled activities at the campsite, or perhaps about tours that may be of their interest.
Moreover, when your client books a tour or buys tickets for a show outside of the campsite, they will be able to pay directly via the Stay & Plan app.

Phase 3: Post Stay
When a customer leaves your campsite, keep in touch with them!
Thanks to push notifications, send them exclusive offers for their next visit.
